A Dose of Reality

I thought I’d take the time to update my blog and plug a personal project of mine.

Stop by and check out A Dose of Reality.  A Dose of Reality is a new peer-run, grassroots social media community in which people with mental illness, their friends, family and supporters can gather together to support each other, distribute and discuss mental health news, and change policy.  This site was started for my sister who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder.  Feel free to browse the site, register, and let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.
